The Slobberwocky (sometimes called a Gnar Gnar Beast) is a bipedal ichthyoid, native to Stygia Prime but also found throughout the water bearing planets of the Vodyanoi system. They are ferocious, opportunistic carnivores, but have a particular fondness for marsh pheasant.

Female Slobberwockys exude an ichor-like saliva prized by Necromancers and Witch Doctors for it's regenerative effects, and living specimens fetch top dollar in the market stalls of Oozopolis. Their spawning pools contain rich concentrations of this chemical, which is useful in the creation of juju zombis and Grundymen.

The infamous Slime Pirate LePois lost an arm to a particularly large Slobberwocky named Old Satan. Fortunately, LePois' wrist chronometer had been malfunctioning at the time, for an erratic ticking sound is now said to accompany the beast wherever it goes. This faint but unmistakable warning has saved the lives of countless Bog Folk. LePois had the lost limb replaced with a steam harpoon, and is rumored to have developed a crippling fear of clocks.

Slobberwockys, like nearly everything else, are the natural enemy of the Swamp Yeti.

*I'm trying to get these entries up earlier, but Mrs. Barbarica has papers due this week.

Unsanitary...and oddly satisfying. ;)

The last line about the Swamp Yeti cracks me up for some reason. Probably my deeply ingrained Swampe Yeti prejudice.
